Refund Policy

At Who Is She, each product is prepared with care and purpose. Because many of our items are printed or made to order, all sales are final and we are unable to off refunds or exchanges unless an item arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery at whoisshebook@gmail.com. We'll gladly make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a store credit.
